Role & Responsibilities
Provide patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist, supporting rehabilitation and recovery efforts.
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards, complete necessary documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid licensure
- Proficiency in patient assessment and therapy techniques
- Compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Mutual onboarding requirements including CORES certifications, color vision, skills checklist, and specialty exam

- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in team coordination to optimize patient outcomes
