Role & Responsibilities
- Support a friendly, positive, and professional environment in a skilled nursing facility.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services, participate in patient rehabilitation, and support recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid VA license or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a physical therapist PTA (Compact license accepted)
- Willingness to support a professional environment and work weekends (Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs)
- PREFERRED: Experience in SNF, assisted living, outpatient, or independent settings
- Covid vaccination/booster (waived) or approved declination
