Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and modify therapy as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and injury prevention
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Required certifications: BLS, Core Exam - HSH, Specialty Exam
- NPI Registry registration
