Role & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain communication with healthcare teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Required certifications including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam.
• Strong patient assessment and treatment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
