Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active Arizona licensure
- Passing the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
- OP license preferred
- Holding a BLS certification
- Providing one work reference
