Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Implement treatment strategies to improve patient outcomes
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Required onboarding credentials: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
