Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients requiring rehabilitation services.
- Assess patients' medical conditions, functional abilities, and limitations to establish achievable goals.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and adjust care plans.
- Document patient progress and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass
- Graduated from an accredited institution
- Minimum one year's relevant experience
- Current state license or in process
- CPR certification
