Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions through tests and examinations
• Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans
• Using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operating specialized equipment safely and effectively
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintaining a safe, compliant treatment environment
• Participating in quality assurance and professional development
• Assisting with discharge planning and other duties within scope of practice

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and move equipment
• Effective interpersonal and motor skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to safety standards
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use
