Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Role Role Overview: Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Works in diverse settings to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history.Create and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.Operate therapy equipment safely and effectively.Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated care.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.Maintain safety standards and participate in professional development.Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth patient transitions. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.Current BLS certification.Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.Physical ability to perform manual tasks and move equipment.Effective interpersonal and motor skills.Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail.
