Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Developing personalized care plans for each patient
• Providing therapy interventions based on physician orders
• Assessing and modifying care to meet therapy goals
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborating with healthcare team members
• Education of patients and families to promote rehabilitation and recovery

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
• Graduated from an accredited institution
• Minimum one year of experience
• Current state license or in process
• CPR certification
