Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Assess patients' physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed. Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• KS Physical Therapist PT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Requirements

• On-site work, up to 40 hours/week
• Compensation ranging from $1,932.66 to $1,992.43 per week
• Focused on delivering quality care in a skilled nursing environment

Key Duties

• Assess and treat patients in various settings
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Participate in discharge and follow-up planning
