Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with licensing and clinical standards.
• Assess patient needs, create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment provided.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
• Associate degree or relevant certifications.
• Current state license to practice.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID.
