Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, and home health therapy services in various settings.
• Guarantee a 36-hour Monday-Friday schedule.
• Assist in hospital-based outpatient care and float to other areas as needed.
• Manage patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality care.
• Handle credentialing and licensing processes with support from the agency.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care while adhering to facility protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work flexibly across all settings.
