Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, utilize various techniques and equipment, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
- Maintain a safe environment, adhere to regulatory standards, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Physical abilities including lifting, moving equipment, and physical exertion
- Work effectively under pressure, follow instructions, and possess visual acuity for communication and documentation
