Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision, following regulations and facility guidelines
• Aid patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving treatment goals
• Deliver therapy interventions as per the plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment
• Support patient education and home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status to supervising PT

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
