- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
- Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to regulatory standards
- Participating in quality assurance and professional development activities
- Supporting discharge planning for continued recovery
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Effective interpersonal skills and professionalism

- Understanding of written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work under pressure and handle irregular schedules
