Role & Responsibilities

This position involves providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in a rural community setting. You will work with acute, post-acute, and outpatient clients, developing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with healthcare teams, and building strong patient relationships. You may travel between hospital and clinic settings, serving diverse patient needs and contributing to patient recovery and mobility.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 year inpatient rehab experience
• PT license (Compact accepted)
• At least 1 reference
