Role & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in a reputable nursing facility.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience.
- Valid PT license (Compact accepted).
- Must have at least one professional reference.
- PREFERRED: Skilled Nursing/Long-term care experience, PDPM knowledge, familiarity with Rehab Optima.
Key Duties
- Administer physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
- Support patient progress through rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to regulatory and facility standards.
