Role & Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered physical therapy services, assessing and developing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and documentation of progress.
Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience.
- Valid BLS (AHA) certification.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document patient progress accurately and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care.
