Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in outpatient or acute settings
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and certification requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Active State License in Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in relevant settings
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
