Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Progress therapeutic exercises and provide manual therapy
• Provide patient education and coordinate with healthcare providers
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
• Manage a balanced caseload of new and established patients
• Participate in a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapist license with outpatient experience
• BLS certification (copy required)
• SSN, DOB, and at least one professional reference
• Strong communication, manual therapy, and clinical assessment skills
• PREFERRED: Travel experience

Key Duties
