Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with industry practices.
• Engage with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required onboarding credentials include BLS, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam.

Additional Details

• Guaranteed 30 hours per week.
• A 5-day shift from 8:30 to 16:30.
• Focus on delivering quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare environment.
