Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Plan, evaluate, and modify care
• Provide direct physical therapy services
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient goals

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass
• Graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year of experience
• Current state license or in the application process
• CPR certification
