Role and Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services to improve mobility and function
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Duties

• Deliver therapy sessions during day shifts (8 hours)
