About the role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The role involves creating personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using clinical tests and patient history
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate therapy equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
• Educate patients on exercises, safety, and injury prevention
• Maintain safety and infection control standards
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance
• Assist in discharge planning for seamless patient transitions

Requirements

• Valid physical therapy license
• Current BLS certification
• Doctorate degree preferred
• Experience is valued, but new graduates are welcome
• Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Physical abilities include lifting, bending, and moving equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate professionalism
