Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, monitor patient progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning. Qualifications & Skills: Valid PT license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Must have physical ability to assist patients and work effectively with a team. Key Duties: Conduct assessments, create and adjust rehab programs, operate equipment, ensure safety, document care, and promote patient independence and recovery.
