Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
• Address deficits in strength, balance, and functional mobility
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and physicians

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Active PT license or ability to obtain one in the practice state
• Previous experience in physical therapy or healthcare is preferred
