Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position in Montesano, WA. Start date: 09/07/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift (8-hour shifts, 5 days per week). Employment type: Travel. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility, on-site. Job ID #281648.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Qualifications
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- WA PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
Pay
$2,487.45 – $2,564.38 per week. Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Day shift, 5×8 schedule, up to 40 hours per week.
