About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Trenton, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Document patient care in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred

Pay
