Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lexington, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- SC Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Schedule
- Shift: Day 5x8 - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks

Pay
$1,730.16 - $1,783.67 / week
