Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics - $1,727 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Dickson, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or proof of eligibility to sit for the exam

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR)

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
