Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in outpatient rehab.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized physical therapy plans; monitor progress.
• Document patient findings, treatment plans, and outcomes clearly and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers; provide effective home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Current Arizona license or valid Compact license to practice physical therapy.
• 3+ years of experience, with emphasis in outpatient orthopedic and neuro rehab.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied outpatient caseload.
• Ability to work in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Flexibility to work 8- or 10-hour shifts.
