Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient Job

Key Highlights

• Weekly pay: $2,246-$2,323 per week
• Guaranteed hours: 38 per week
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4x10 hour days (rotating); Saturdays required
• Start date: 07/28/2026

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in an outpatient setting and develop/implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional goals through therapeutic interventions
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as appropriate; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and discharge instructions
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress; communicate with the care team and contribute to timely progress notes
• Prioritize patient safety and adhere to facility policies, including infection control and documentation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or Compact for Colorado
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• At least two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
• Ability to work in an outpatient/hospital setting and meet travel requirements
