Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic - $2,286 per week

Zack Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Mountain View, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent PT-Outpatient experience.
• Active or pending state license as an PT-Outpatient.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for PT-Outpatient.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.

Schedule

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
