Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions across various healthcare settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient progress using Epic
- Educate patients and families
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current AK license
- BLS certification
- Preferred experience in pediatrics and outpatient care
Key Duties
- Provide therapy services for patients of all ages and diagnoses, focusing on wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatrics
- Maintain accurate records
- Support patient education
- Work effectively within healthcare teams
Additional Information
The position offers a 13-week contract, 40 hours/week, day shifts, and travel benefits. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient care, and collaboration.
