Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance physical, social, and mental functions
• Acts as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas needing attention
• Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools
• Establishes individualized treatment plans
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols
• Develops care and discharge plans
• Communicates plans to relevant parties
• Completes thorough clinical documentation within deadlines
• Supervises assigned assistants
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent
• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• No minimum years of experience required
• Must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment
• Participation in E-Verify required

Schedule

Day shift, 8 to 10 hour workdays starting at 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 8:30 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
