The role serves patients ranging from 8 to 100 years of age in a collaborative physical therapy and physical therapist assistant team environment. Job Details Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Illinois licensure, which may be pending at submission; minimum of 1 year of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 10 hours per shift and 40 hours per week; available schedules may include 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m., 9:30 a.m.6:00 p.m., 10:30 a.m.7:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m.6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with Fridays generally scheduled from 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.; no weekends. Additional Information: Outpatient care only, treating approximately 810 patients per physical therapist per day. Common diagnoses include musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, with neurological care available at select locations. Patients are supported by physical therapist and physical therapist assistant teams. Business casual attire is required. Orientation includes first-day Human Resources orientation followed by 23 days with dedicated charting blocks.
