Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Valid Illinois PT license or confirmation that an application has been initiated
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Negative drug screen (required to comply with facility’s drug-free campus policy)
