The assignment is for a length of 15 to 18 weeks, starting in November 2026, with flexible shift options during daytime hours. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS certification, Alaska Physical Therapist License, 1 year of relevant experience, and ability to work in an outpatient environment. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting on 11/09/2026 through 02/22/2027. Responsibility Highlights: Care for neuro/ortho and medically complex patients in outpatient settings, including managing post-op cervical surgery, shoulder repair, spinal surgery, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and other conditions. Charting System: Epic. Additional Notes: Candidates must be licensed for Alaska, have at least 1 year of experience, and commit to working holiday shifts including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day with prior approval for time off. Submission Requirements: Candidate response to experience at Providence facilities, and provide 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
