Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,686 per week

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ukiah, California.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions
• Develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Work 5-7 weekends out of 8-hour shifts

Requirements

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
• Preferred 3 - 5 years experience

• Women’s health experience preferred
