Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,685 per week

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Norfolk, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Nebraska.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.

• Proficiency in using medical software for documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
