Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,620 per week

About the Role

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Norwalk, Connecticut. This outpatient role involves treating ortho and potential neuro patients within a physical medicine and rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide patient and family education.

Responsibilities

• Treat outpatient physical therapy patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and implement treatment plans
• Provide patient and family education and training
• Complete documentation timely per department guidelines
• Initiate discharge planning and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of experience working with patients with neurological conditions

Qualifications

• Preferred: Vestibular therapy experience
• No on-call or floating responsibilities

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
