About the role
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) in a clinical outpatient setting within a healthcare facility. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating therapy services to promote optimal patient recovery. The assignment supports new graduates and provides an opportunity to gain valuable outpatient experience. Duration is approximately three months, with a schedule of five days per week.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Assignment dates: 09/07/2026 to 12/07/2026
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Document care in medical records
- Ensure adherence to physician orders and insurance protocols
- Participate in student training and professional development activities
- Adhere to organizational performance improvement methodologies
- Maintain licensure in good standing
- Uphold safety, quality, and professional behavior aligned with the organization’s mission and core values
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- CPR Certification
- Current licensure in the state where work will be performed
- 0 years minimum experience
- Ability to evaluate and treat outpatient patients
- Knowledge of clinical reasoning and documentation standards

- Previous clinical experience in outpatient settings
- Successful completion of a prior assignment with the agency
- Successful prior assignment with the organization
