Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid professional license or registration as required by the state of Alaska.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required.
• Professional references.

Schedule

• Shift: 8-hour days, 5 days per week.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: August 31, 2026.
• Duration: 26 weeks.
