About the role
This is a 26-week outpatient contract requiring an active state license (compact license accepted to start in WA). The role involves a day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours. The assignment length ranges from 13 to 26 weeks, with no on-call requirements. The facility uses the InSync EMR system.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a day shift setting.
- Work 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute meal break (automatically deducted if not clocked out).
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted to begin assignment in WA; full state license required while on assignment).
- Experience in the outpatient setting.
- 1 professional reference required.
- Social Security Number required for consideration.
- Candidates with prior PRN or permanent employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler.
