American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Buckeye, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Use InSync EMR for documentation
• Work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
• Reside in Arizona during the assignment

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full AZ state licensure during the assignment
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration
• Licenses required if applicable

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Proficient in InSync EMR

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
