About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in the Phoenix, AZ metro area with ATI Physical Therapy.
Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient physical therapy setting with ATI Physical Therapy in the Phoenix, AZ metro area
- Perform AM shifts, 8 hours per day
- Work for a 26-week contract
Requirements
- Active AZ PT license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full AZ state licensure during the assignment
- SSN required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
- Experience with InSync EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Candidates must have been separated from previous assignments at this facility for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
- Licenses required if applicable
Skills
- Proficiency with InSync EMR

Pay
