About the role
MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for an assignment in Colebrook, New Hampshire. This is a full-time travel position with 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience – required
- Outpatient experience – required
- Inpatient experience – highly preferred
- No new graduates
- Active AHA BLS certification – required
- Active New Hampshire PT license or compact eligibility
- Completed Physical Therapy skills checklist – required
- 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year – required
- License verification – required
- All licenses/certifications must be current and in hand at submission
- Permanent address must be included in submission
- RTO must be listed at submission
