Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient-focused position requiring a Virginia PT license and experience in both outpatient and acute care settings.

Details

• Primarily outpatient setting with some acute care coverage within the same facility
• Monthly weekend coverage takes place in the acute care setting
• Schedule is 5x8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Epic EMR experience is preferred

Requirements

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required; license does not need to be in hand at time of consideration and can be applied for immediately upon offer
• DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient clinic and acute care experience required
• Valid driver's license and SSN card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract period, on a rotating basis with permanent staff
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates are not accepted; a radius requirement applies to this position
