Physical Therapist Outpatient in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Work at the Willits Clinic in Basalt, Colorado.
• Follow rotating shift schedule (typically 4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts) with no weekend work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado physical therapy licensure (DORA) or compact licensure for Colorado.
• At least two years of physical therapy experience (3‑5 years preferred).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination mandatory from October 1 through April 1.
• Float rotation may be required.
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility.
• Out‑of‑state agencies must register with the Colorado Department of Human Services and maintain proper licensing and documentation.
• Candidates must verify Social Security number and date of birth in Medefis to prevent onboarding issues.
